“I had already fallen in my home several times  when I met Liz. Then, in August of 2024 I tripped over a rug and shattered my shoulder. I didn’t know it at the time, but that ambulance ride marked the end of me being able to live alone at home.

Following surgery, I spent a couple of months in a skilled nursing facility (rehab). Through the months Liz had taken care of my home - and my dog. When I realized I would have to move to assisted living after rehab, she went to work and found me the perfect place in a continuing care community.

Liz and her team sorted out my house, drew a floorplan of my new space so we knew exactly what would fit - and perhaps more importantly - what would not. She managed the packing, moving, unpacking and placement of my furniture before I had even seen the place.

I was able to move in with everything in its place and packing  materials already taken away.

Oh, and then she arranged for professional photos of my house and had it painted prior to putting it on the market. Liz sold the house within the first week!

I love my new life with new friends and a safe place to live and I know I couldn’t have done it without Liz and her  team of professionals.

After my wife passed away I was moving from Texas  to California to be closer to our kids.  We had lived in a large home with large furniture and luckily for me I was introduced to Liz at EPC on my  first house hunting trip out here - and she gently persuaded me to make the move without all of "the stuff".  In the end I just brought books and a few things with special memories.

Good thing but due to the much higher cost of homes, I could only afford a small place and it was important for me to have a home on a hill with a nice breeze and not have to move into a condo.

Liz listened to what I said and the next day showed me a small home with everything I needed.  I didn't think it would be that easy so she patiently showed me several other homes in the next day or two.  I then realized she had know just where to take me because she knows the area so well.  Liz  also showed me some great consignment shops and we furnished the home together over  the next week or two.

Even though the whole experience was difficult for me, I was able to settle into a place I felt comfortable as I made the transition easily without having to be a burden on the kids.

I will never make another move without Liz - and you shouldn't either.
